Services
CortexCMO provides fractional CMO services, marketing strategy, content production, and AI-powered marketing execution to B2B SaaS companies. The specific scope, deliverables, and terms of each engagement are defined in a separate service agreement between CortexCMO and the client.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including copy, design, graphics, and code — is the property of CortexCMO and may not be reproduced without written permission. Deliverables created for clients as part of a paid engagement are transferred to the client upon full payment, as specified in the service agreement.
Confidentiality
CortexCMO treats all client information as strictly confidential. We do not share client data, strategies, or business information with third parties, including competing businesses in the same category.
Limitation of Liability
CortexCMO provides marketing strategy and execution services in good faith, based on available data and industry experience. We cannot guarantee specific revenue or pipeline outcomes. Our liability is limited to fees paid for the relevant engagement period.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
